Below you will find the process you’ll need to use if you are looking to delete your account with What’s My Account Balance Developed by Reed’s Coding And Publishing LLC. If you have any questions, reach out to support@truckparkingandmore.com.
What data do we use?
Location Info
Approximate Location: This is used in a few feaures of the app to help determine your location.
Precise Location: This is the main location type used in the app. This helps validate your location when trying to leave a comment, fuel price updates, weigh station updates, or parking status updates. It’s also used in the Navigation portion of the app.
Personal Info
Email: This is used with Firebase Authentication to Authenticate your account.
User ID’s: Your User ID is created with Firebase Authentication and also stored in Firebase Firestore.
Financial Info
User Payment Info: This is your card information if you subscribe to a service in the app.
Photos and Videos
Photos: This is your profile picture or any other picture that you might submit when you leave a review for a location listed in the app.
App Activity
App Interactions: When you interact with the app, I use the metrics to help provide you with a better user experience.
Other user-generated content: When you update Fuel prices, Weigh Station Status, Parking Status, or leave a review for a location you visited This is user generated content. This content will be viewable to anyone using the app.
App Info and Performance
Crash Logs: If there are any crashes with the app, then Firebase Crashlytics will send over the crash logs for me to review and be able to correct the issue faster.
Diagnostics: Diagnostic information is collected and saved in order to bring you performance enhancments as often as possible.
Device or other ID’s
Device or other ID’s: Your devide ID is used to aid in fraud prevention. Your Firebase installation ID is used in Authenticating requests. Your Advertising Identifier is used with the Advertisements.
Retention Info
Firebase Authentication is a service to authenticate the user and keep your information safer.
The way the app is set up, you create an account with your email/password combo. This is to safeguard your information associated with your account.
Retention: Firebase Authentication keeps logged IP addresses for a few weeks. It retains other authentication information until the Firebase customer initiates deletion of the associated user, after which data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days.
User generated/submitted data is anything that you add to the app. Things like location reviews, fuel price updates, weigh station status updates, parking updates. This also includes contact us section of the app.
Retention: Most user submitted data will be deleted once you set your account for deletion. If you have sent in a contact us form then that information may be retained up to two years.
Firebase Crashlytics is a service from Firebase, this helps streamline fixing app crashes to provide a better experience for you and any devices you may use the app with.
Retention: Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers (including Crashlytics Installation UUIDs and Firebase installation IDs) for 90 days before starting the process of removing it from live and backup systems.
Cloud Functions for Firebase is used in some sections of the app. Your IP address is used with this.
Retention: Cloud functions only saves IP addresses temporarily, to provide the service.
Google Admob is the advertising service used in the app. Data collected includes: Age, App Store, App Version, Country, Device Brand, Device Category, Device Model, First Open Time, Gender, Interests, Language, OS Version, New/Established.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.

Retention: Unspecified. Contact us at support@truckparkingandmore.com in order for us to reach out and get your informaton deleted.
TomTom is used for the mapping software. The app uses TomTom Navigation SDK as well as TomTom Maps SDK. The data they collect include: unique online & device identifiers (for example: IP address, head-unit ID, mobile phone UDID, random session ID or access token), device configuration information, time-stamped service requests including geolocation data, time-stamped service responses, transaction log data.
Retention: Your data will be stripped of personal identification data and retained by TomTom. More information can be found here.
Delete full Whats My Account Balance Account
What info is and isn’t deleted?
Firebase Authentication information will be deleted when you delete your account. Except for what is retained up to 180 days, then it is removed.
Firebase Firestore most information will be deleted when you delete your account. What will remain are reviews that you have left or any other location updates. Your picture and username will be removed but the rest of the info will remain.
Firebase Crashlytics informating will be deleted after a minimum of 90 days.
Firebase Cloud Function information will be deleted after a minimum of 90 days.
Firebase Storage this is used to store files like profile pictures or location review pictures. Your profile picture will be deleted. Any pictures that you’ve taken for your reviews of a location will remain in the system. If you wish to remove that data reach out at support@truckparkingandmore.com
Admob information will be retained by them and not be deleted. If you wih to have your information removed, Contact us at support@truckparkingandmore.com.
TomTom information will remain with TomTom. Your personal identifiers with your data are stripped and the rest of the data is retained. If you wish to remove that data reach out at support@truckparkingandmore.com
Delete From Mobile App
You’ll need to be logged in, but from the home screen (Map) click on the gear icon towards the left of the screen.
Then click on Profile.
Then click on Delete Account.
Then click on Yes
Thn you will enter your login credentials in order to verify the acccount before deleting it for added security. Once you click Delete, your account information will be deleted. Once the deletion process completes you’ll be sent to the main login screen.
Delete Account Via Web
If you would rather delete your account via the web, simply go here and input your login information. Once you click Login the account will then start the deletion process. Once the deletion process has completed you’ll be redirected to the home page.
